FACTORY<\/strong><\/p>\n

In 2005, the Minh H\u00f2a Valve and Faucet Manufacturing Factory began construction in Nam Th\u0103ng Long Industrial Park \u2013 Th\u1ee5y Ph\u01b0\u01a1ng Ward \u2013 B\u1eafc T\u1eeb Li\u00eam District \u2013 Hanoi City after 12 years of being an importer and distributor. During 2014\u20132015, to take advantage of opportunities from the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement and various Free Trade Agreements (FTA), to enhance competitiveness and international integration, Minh H\u00f2a Investment Joint Stock Company focused on renovating and upgrading infrastructure, investing in many advanced technological devices, recruiting and training more experienced engineers and production management staff, and especially attracting more skilled technical workers. At the same time, the Company also concentrated on training workers on site and sending management staff for advanced training. All these measures aimed to improve and perfect product quality \u2014 one of the company\u2019s core values. Minh H\u00f2a valves and faucets have been present in important key projects nationwide, and exported products are trusted and well-rated by customers. In early 2016, the Company focused on production innovation, introducing new product lines with superior quality to serve exports and high-end domestic civil construction projects, competitive with strong brands in the region and worldwide.<\/p>\n

HUMAN RESOURCES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThe decisive factor for the prosperous and sustainable development of a business is its people.\u201d Understanding that people are one of the core values of the company, during its formation and development, Minh H\u00f2a Investment Joint Stock Company has especially focused on recruiting and training more experienced engineers and production management staff. Additionally, the Company attracts many skilled technical workers, while concentrating on on-site worker training and sending management staff for advanced management training. Today, thanks to a high-quality workforce, Minh H\u00f2a\u2019s products are continuously improved to meet the increasingly stringent demands of the market.<\/p>\n

TECHNOLOGY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minh H\u00f2a\u2019s valve and faucet products are manufactured using European technology, complying with BS 5154:1991 standards, and water meters meet ISO 4064 standards. The advanced production line includes nearly 500 new-generation automatic and semi-automatic machines imported from Germany, Japan, Taiwan, and China, operated and managed by a team of skilled engineers and technicians. By strictly adhering to quality control procedures under ISO 9001-2015 standards, the Company has produced valves, faucets, and accessories meeting international standards, certified by the Ministry of Industry and Trade as domestically manufactured products that completely replace imported goods (Decision No. 223\/Q\u0110-BCT dated January 13, 2012).<\/p>\n
