The first half of 2026 has come to a close. It hasn’t been a particularly long stretch, but it’s been enough for every member of Minh Hòa to look back on what they’ve experienced, the milestones achieved, and the challenges overcome together.

If the business journey is a long-distance race, the first 6 months of the year were certainly not a smooth stretch of road. Yet it is precisely in these difficult moments that a team comes to see more clearly its resilience, fortitude, and the strength of its unity.

The first 6 months – A journey not paved with roses

The market is constantly changing, posing new challenges for businesses. Over the past 6 months, Minh Hòa has also faced no shortage of pressure — from market fluctuations and increasingly demanding customer requirements, to challenges in business, production, operations, and product development.

There were times when work pressure ran high — deadlines followed one after another, plans had to be adjusted continuously, and challenges arose that required each team member to invest significant time and effort to find solutions.

There were days when energy seemed to hit rock bottom.

But it was precisely in those moments that the Minh Hòa spirit shone through most clearly.

Faced with difficulties, Minh Hòa did not choose to stand still.

From the Board of Directors down to each department and every individual employee, everyone made efforts to adapt, coordinate, and seek out solutions in order to achieve the company’s shared goals.

Each person in their own role, each department with its own task, but all moving toward a shared goal.

Throughout this journey, every product completed, every order delivered to customers, and every task finished on schedule was the result of coordinated effort behind the scenes. Behind every valve, every product, and every order that reaches a customer lies many hours of work, focus, responsibility, and effort from the entire team.

That is why the results of the first 6 months should not be measured by numbers alone.
